Fuel Surcharge
The fuel surcharge was originally based on a diesel price range of £1.00 – £1.16 per litre (ex VAT). Any increase above £1.16 per litre triggers an adjustment to the fuel surcharge.
Last week's average fuel price increased from £1.16 – £1.37 per litre, representing an increase of 21 pence per litre (18.10%).
We would like to inform you of an update to our Fuel Surcharge (FSC). Due to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, global fuel markets have experienced significant volatility, resulting in rising fuel costs and increased pump prices across the UK and Europe. As fuel represents a major component of transport operations, these market conditions have directly impacted operating costs within the logistics sector.
To ensure we can continue providing the reliable service and coverage you expect from Trilogy Freight, our Fuel Surcharge will need to be adjusted.

Environmental Policy
Trilogy Freight is a logistics and warehousing company which stores and transports goods for companies throughout the UK.
Trilogy Freight Ltd. is committed to reducing its impact on the environment, and sustainability is one of its main priorities. Trilogy aims to be a leader in sustainability in the freight industry. It strives to reduce its impact at all its work sites and throughout the company. This work is supported by a belief in ensuring continuous improvements are made where possible and ensuring all employees are aware of the Environmental Policy and embrace sustainability & reducing environmental impacts.
Objectives and targets for the company are to be reviewed periodically, or whenever there are changes to the ways of working which could affect the company’s impact on the environment. Periodic reports on sustainability and environmental performance will also be provided to the Board of Directors.

Sustainability Charge
Trilogy Freight’s new sustainability fee is effective Nov 2024. This is a separate charge added to each booking processed through one of our Regulated sites and it is included in the final price. It goes towards improving security in our apps, such as drivers PDAs and our new WMS. Trilogy Freight’s focus is to minimise our environmental impact and invest in improvements to our sector's regulatory framework.
As an extension of Trilogy Freight’s investment in new greener vehicles, we are making a conscious effort to reduce the carbon footprint of our warehouse operations.
If you require your approved haulier to ensure shipments are processed in an ethical manner, rest assured Trilogy are the partner for you.
This minimal £1 booking fee goes towards the provision of ethically sourced and recycled warehouse consumables.
2024 has seen an increase in our operating costs to ensure we act with mindful intention, such as, the installation of LED lights in all our facilities and switch to environmentally friendly cleaning products.
